The room was airy with nice view and the staff fantastically friendly. It offered us particularly good and incredible location very close to the Safari Park, restaurants and other attractions, and the center of the village.

What a disappointment. The room was too dark, and the food? Overpriced, tasting like sugar overload. I expected a special welcome gesture, but nothing. I almost left a good review, but just couldn't with the missing comfort and basic amenities. Next time i'll demand a room upgrade, if only to feel valued for a moment.

The hike up the steep hill is exhausting!!! I was disappointed by the lack of free shuttle service from the main road, it could really ease the experience who struggle with mobility!!!

The dining experience was amazing, especially the breakfast, really nice in both quality and quantity. The location, with its close proximity to central Ella and local attractions like Little Adam's Peak, added to the overall appeal of the stay.

The road leading to the hotel is very steep.

Super comfy stay with fine views

We stayed for 2 nights in a Beautiful Double Room and had a blast! Rohan, the manager, were great too help us with local tips and even prepared a special breakfast for the kids. The views from the balcony were unreal! Just gotta mention that the road to the hotel was super steep.

We enjoyed a fun time playing billiards at the hotel, and the amazing views from our balcony added to that. Staying with relatives made it even more special. The location was great for reaching nearby attractions with just a short tuk-tuk ride.

My wife says that the uphill walk back to the hotel was tough after a long day out.

the approach road is very steep (made me feel like a mountain climber haha) but the views from the balcony are stunning and the room was very hygienic with a kettle for coffee. breakfast was fantastic and fresh too.

It was a balanced option for a short weekend trip in Ella with reasonable value. The views from the top are amazing, especially during sunset. Take a tuktuk for the steep climb back after exploring the local area.
